Branding, illustrations, and collateral design for MID Tailoring. The idea was to create a label that felt a good mixture of old and new. The company already had over 30 years of manufacturing experience, however they wanted to attract younger clients by creating a made to measure suiting system that would allow for a lower cost while retaining great craftsmanship. We choose to use watercolor illustrations to compliment graphics to help the brand feel more intimate, and handmade. The graphic aspects were inspired by 1950s Hong Kong designs.
